Toyota Indus Motor company profit has increased up to 152% from June 2020 to 2021. Toyota is a Japanese automaker who works in Pakistan under the name of Twitter Indus Motor.

The board of directors of Indus Motor company held a meeting on 26 August 2021 to review the financial and performance of the company till 30 June 2021.

Toyota Indus company motor posted a massive profit of 12.82 billion rupees which is a massive increase of 152 % as compared to last year’s 1.5 billion rupees.

While the company’s total sale revenue was 170 9.2 billion rupees as compared to the last year which was 86.2 billion rupees for a total increase in revenue of up to 108%.

Talk about the total sale of the unit which include CKD and CBU the sale increased up to 100% from 57,730 units against the 28,837 units sold in last year.

According to the official statement of the company the increase in revenue and profit is due to high demand of CKD and CBU of facelift Corolla, Hilux, Fortuner and a massive increase of sales in Toyota Yaris.

Chief Executive, expressed, “Alhamdulillah’s, we have had a very good year despite the frequent challenges arising owing to COVID-19 pandemic. We have not compromised on work standards and continue to maintain the high quality of our vehicles, following the kaizen philosophy of continuous improvement, and diligently practicing the ‘Toyota Way’ throughout our operations. This helped the Company to achieve consistent levels of excellence.”
